fairytale

Join me on this journey into the deep, dark woods. Here you will encounter fairytales that enchant, that entice, that warn, that bite. Hear the voice of the witch and the wolf, and walk the dangerous path to the gingerbread house, to the fairy hill, and to the heart of story.

come with me, into the woods we will find the deepest, darkest place no breadcrumb trails will find us no looping thread to wind us home

This collection brings together several years of poems inspired by fairytale and myth. A strong theme throughout my work, many of my poems are loose retellings and reimaginings of these tales.

do not ask my name but I will take yours and roll it on my tongue, sweet as the night

come listen to my tale
